Gut Healing Pearls

1. Increase water consumption to keep the layer of mucus cells protecting the gut lining hydrated.

2. Eat with mindfulness:

•  Pay attention to how food tastes.

•  Don’t eat standing up, while working on projects, or driving.

3. Avoid mixing proteins with starches, may also use anti-inflammatory diet as a base.
